Recovery Friendly Workplace
Foundation Joy wishes to bring attention to Recovery friendly workplace – a initiative in New Hampshire (and other states) to assist those recovering from substance use disorder.
The Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative gives business owners the resources and support they need to foster a supportive environment that encourages the success of their employees in recovery.
Fundraising
Foundation Joy supports its programs through fundraising events as well as sales made through this site.
Foundation Joy is dedicated to provide long term recovery resources after 30 days of successful drug in-patient rehabilitation has been achieved. All donations will be used to help provide housing, medical, psychiatric, counseling, employment and educational services for those who are not financially capable of providing on their own for continued sobriety.
Foundation Joy is proud to partner with NHCORR to help those with housing who have finished their 28 day in-patent program at a drug rehabilitation facility. If you are in need of housing, employment and ongoing services, please visit the NHCORR website and reach out to one of the housing units on their website. Once you have applied to the house and have been accepted to your next step in recovery, fill out the application with NHCORR and once accepted, Foundation Joy will help finance your initial stay at the chosen home.
Recent Events
Foundation Joy’s second annual fundraiser was a success featuring Mark LaPalme as guest speaker from Isaiah House in Kentucky, a highly successful recovery home that offers long term housing, job training and educational opportunities.
Chelsea Berry performed and featured two of her newest compositions that will be featured in her new holiday album. The Board of Directors worked diligently over the summer and local businesses donated thousands of dollars worth of merchandise and gift cards for a successful blind auction. Foundation Joy was able to sponsor three individuals in 2023 because of your tax deductible donations.
Our thanks to all those who attended and bid on these items.
We had a great evening with everyone involved, and look forward to our next fundraiser!
